Trash pickup schedule and information
City of Huntsville commercial customers are provided with a 2,4,6,8, or 30 yard container. Rates are based on volume and frequency of service which is determined by the customer. Trash pickup service is offered Monday –Friday.
Commercial Container Repair, Replacement or Extra Pickups
Customers may request for a container to be repaired or replaced by contacting the Solid Waste Services Division at 936-294-5723. There is no related fee for container repairs or replacement; however, there is a fee assessed to the customer’s utility bill if a container is burned or if the customer requests that a container be cleaned and/or painted.

Additional Fees
There is a fee assessed to the customer’s utility bill for each
additional dump that is not on a scheduled pickup date(s). If a container
cannot be dumped by the commercial vehicle due to a large item (couches,
mattresses, lumber, construction materials, etc) and the customer removes
the large item and calls to request a dump, a fee is assessed to the
customer’s utility bill to return to the location. If a container is blocked
by vehicles or other materials, the container will not be dumped. A fee will
be assessed to the customer’s utility bill if the
customer requests that Solid Waste Services Division return to dump the
container after the vehicles or materials have been removed by the customer.
