Council member, City of Huntsville
Dr. Tom Cole
was elected to City Council in March,
2008. He is a native of Huntsville, Texas, attended Huntsville Public
Schools, the University of Texas and Duke University Medical School.
He returned to Huntsville to practice medicine in 1974. He was elected
to the Walker County Hospital District in 1979 and served three terms on
that board. He was appointed to the Walker County Historical Commission
in 1981.
Dr. Cole married Dorothy McGrary in 1979. They work together in their
medical clinic.
