Mission statement
The Administrative Services Mission is to create and maintain a foundation which will enable the City of Huntsville to promote the development, the involvement and the retention of its employees in promoting the safety and well-being of each employee, and utilizing technology for reliable, timely and effective access to information, while also providing goods and services when needed, at the best quality, the right quantity and the best price.

Background information
Victor Pena has extensive experience in employee relations, procedures, program oversight and multi-site management. He is a graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelor in Business Administration and maintains active memberships in ICMA, IPMA, RIMS and SHRM. Victor has served the public in the communities of Midland Texas, Ardmore Oklahoma, McKinney Texas and Lake County Illinois.
