Background information
Winston Duke is a native of Quitman, Texas having graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors of Arts degree (1974), and receiving a Masters of Business Administration in 1979. A Certified Public Accountant, Winston has worked in government over 18 years, coming to Huntsville from Henderson County in Athens. Married to his wife, Sharon, they have one son at home, Noah. They are members of University Heights Baptist Church.
