Background information
Bill Daugette has been a resident of the City of Huntsville since
1980, and has been employed by the City since 1983. He is licensed by
the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality as a Class “A” Water
Operator, Class “A” Wastewater Operator, and a Class “A” Solid Waste
Operator. He is a graduate of the Certified Public Manager’s program and
was a member of “Class 24” within the Chamber of Huntsville’s Leadership
Institute.
Bill is President of the Green Forest Water District, a division of the
Texas Water Utilities Association, where he is a Board Member and
maintains a seat on the Safety Committee. He is a Director of the
Bluebonnet Groundwater Conservation District and is a member of the
Texas Municipal Utilities Association, American Water Works Association,
and the National Public Works Association. He is also a member of the
Houston-Galveston Area Council Municipal Solid Waste Advisory Committee
and a member of the Solid Waste Association of America.
