Chief Kevin Lunsford would like to thank the allied agencies and their personnel for their assistance. Chief Lunsford said, “It is only because of the close cooperation between our agency, the Texas Rangers and the FBI/HPD MAGTF that we have made the progress we’ve made in this investigation in such a short amount of time. We all have the same goal, to keep our communities safe. All of those involved have worked numerous hours and spent time away from loved ones in an effort to get the persons involved in this crime into custody.”
