Bubbles, rhymes, and books--oh my! You won’t want to miss Mother Goose Lapsit at Huntsville Public Library. This program is a story time designed for children two years or under. Enjoy this early literacy initiative at 10:45 a.m. Mondays in the Rex Children’s Room. Sign-up is not required.

Join us for a fun, festive wreath-making activity from 2 to 3 p.m. on Monday, November 21 at Huntsville Public Library. Experience the fun of creating your own holiday wreath! We provide all the materials. You can even reuse your frame, change your elements, and create a new wreath for any season or occasion. Limited seating available so contact Adult Services Coordinator Mary Kokot at 936-291-5471 to reserve a spot.

This isn’t your little siblings’ coloring book–or your grandma’s book club! This is a social event where we’ll hang out and color pictures that are more detailed with high quality art supplies like gel pens and metallic markers. Color princesses in elaborate enchanted forests, mind-boggling cityscapes, or scenes from mythology! While we’re coloring, you can chat, eat snacks, and watch a movie. This event is appropriate for ages 9-13 and will take place on Monday, November 21 at 5:00 p.m.

The Dennis Hickman exhibit will be open and free to the public starting with the opening reception on September 30th at 5-7PM. It will be available until January 8th, 2023 on Tuesdays-Fridays from 10AM-5PM and Saturdays from 10AM-2PM.
