Once upon a time, there was a band of loyal misfits who came together despite their differences to achieve an important goal. What was that goal? Who were those misfits? That’s up to you! D and D is a game that allows players to create their own characters and embark on an adventure they write together. But one thing’s for sure–there will be magic, dragons, monsters, and more fun than you can imagine at Huntsville Public Library! D and D also builds creativity, writing skills, and teamwork. This group will meet at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7 and 21, and will continue to meet at the same time the first and third evening of most months. The December 21 event will feature cappuccinos and hot chocolate for participants to enjoy. Teens 14-18 are welcome! No prior experience is necessary!

Looking for company while your hands are busy with your latest textile project? Join the Fiber Arts Group in Huntsville Public Library’s Nash Board Room to share your knitting and crocheting projects and enjoy chatting with others who share similar interests. All are welcome, from beginners to the more experienced! Sessions are held every Wednesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Be sure to bring your own supplies!

The Dennis Hickman exhibit will be open and free to the public starting with the opening reception on September 30th at 5-7PM. It will be available until January 8th, 2023 on Tuesdays-Fridays from 10AM-5PM and Saturdays from 10AM-2PM.
