The Huntsville City Council will hold a public hearing regarding the tax rate at 6 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, at City Hall, 1212 Avenue M. The City will hold two public hearings on the tax rate. The meeting will also include a presentation of the 2019-2020 Budget by City Manager Aron Kulhavy.
