Fire Station 4

Image Unavailable

Fire Station #4 was opened in 2010 under the administration of Fire Chief Tom Grisham and serves as the H.B. Toney Memorial Fire Station #4. The station was dedicated in memory of former Fire Chief, H.B. Toney. Chief Toney is remembered for his dedicated service to the Huntsville Fire Department. Chief Toney tragically lost his life as a result of injuries suffered while on duty, and is the only Line of Duty Death the Huntsville Fire Department has suffered. This station houses a pumper to support the fleet and is home to the Emergency Management Coordinator, Adam Winningham. It serves as the Fire Departments training facility where several training props and our outdoor classroom is located. Station #4 also houses the administrative offices of Huntsville-Walker County EMS who staff a Mobile Intensive Care Unit (MICU).
