Park Rentals

The City of Huntsville Parks and Leisure Department offers two (2) types of Park Rentals/Reservations: 

Private/Personal Use: (gazebos only: birthday parties, baby showers, family picnics, etc.). We have gazebos in Emancipation Park and Kate Barr Ross Park.

Public Event Use: (any event hosted by a private citizen, company, organization, church, etc. that is open to the public)

Parks can be used on a first come, first serve basis when hosting private events such as small birthday gatherings, baby showers, picnics, etc.; however, the day you would like may not be available, so we do recommend making reservations.  With an executed Rental Form you are added to our reservation calendar, and we will place signs at the appropriate location designating it as reserved for you.

ALL PUBLIC EVENTS HOSTED AT A CITY PARK REQUIRE AN EXECUTED RENTAL AGREEMENT. EVENTS TAKING PLACE IN A CITY PARK WITHOUT AN EXECUTED RENTAL FORM WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
